The following programs require an additional Health Science application and fees. Students will be ranked by their TEAS test Total Score. Cumulative GPA will be used as a tie-breaker.

Cardiac Catheterization (Invasive Cardiovascular Technology)

- Math and Science prerequisites must be retaken if older than 7 years before the deadline. Students who prefer not to retake older math classes can meet the math requirement by taking a college placement test before the deadline.
- Meeting the Senate Bill 1720 placement test exemption does not satisfy the minimum test score or college-level English and Math requirement.

- TEAS test scores: Students are allowed 3 attempts per calendar year (January through December) to achieve a passing score of 60 or higher.
- ATI TEAS (version 6) is no longer accepted for Admission. Students must haveATI TEAS version 7to apply to the Program
- Students must have 30 days between attempts.
- The scores will not be accepted if the attempts are less than 30 days. The student must wait until the following year to reset the TEAS test attempts.
- Passing the test or receiving a higher score will not guarantee admission, but not passing (below 60) means the application will not be considered for admission.
- The Nursing Program will offer Information Sessions during the year providing essential program information.
- Attendance is not a requirement, but it is strongly recommended.

If the institution where the EMT program was completed does not provide students with an official transcript, a diploma/certificate showing successful completion and the hours/duration of the program will be accepted as proof of completion.
- Minimum EMT program GPA and overall GPA of 2.0 (If your overall GPA is below 2.0, meet with an academic advisor to work on raising your GPA before applying to the program).
