RICHARD A. HARRISON SR. Richard A. Harrison 53, of Burlington, died unexpectedly Friday, Aug. 30, 1996, at Fletcher Allen Health Care.

He was born in Philadelphia, on July 29, 1943, the son of Gonzalee and Nathalie (Robinson) Harrison. Richard had worked as a corrections officer for the Northeast Regional Corrections Center and later in security for Digital Eqipment Corp. Inc. He was a member of the Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International and a member and active choir member of the Hilltop Light Assembly of God. He was a U.S.

Army veteran. Richard had been a boxing instructor for Golden Gloves. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Richard is survived by his wife of two years, Alice (Maraglia) Harrison; his mother, Nathalie Harrison of Belmawr, N.J.; two daughters, Ronnie Harrison of Philadelphia, and Rayna Harrison of Burlington; one son, Richard A. Harrison Jr.

of Essex Junction; three sisters, Marion Whaley of Belmawr, Evelyn "Cookie" Holmes and Gloria Smith, both of New Haven, one brother, Gonzalee "Bubba" Harrison Jr. of Cleveland, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Boucher and Pritchard Funeral Home, 85 N. Winooski Burlington.

Norman Smith Dasse, 74, husband of Mrs. Virginia (Gonyea) Dasse, died unexpectedly Friday, Aug. 30, 1996, at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center. Born in Loudon, N.H., March 3, 1922, he was the son of the late Robert G.

and Mary (Bryne) Dasse. He had resided in Farmington for 13 years. Mr. Dasse was educated in Burlington, public schools and was a graduate of Burlington High School, Class of 1941, which recently celebrated its 55th class reunion, which he attended. Prior to retiring in 1984, he was a programmer analyst for the AMF-Cuno Co.

Meriden for more than 20 years. He previously had been employed at in their East Hartford and Middletown plants. He was a very active member of the Lions Club and Holy Angels Church in South Meriden. Besides his wife, he is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Bruce N. and Emelia A.

DeMusisDasse of Guilford; his daughter and son-in-law, Dawn and Donald Parkin of Meriden; his sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Randolph Weaver of State College, and several special nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his two brothers, Robert Pierce and Emerson Pierce. She was a member of the Saratoga Springs United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Piper was predeceased by her husband, Fred A. Piper, in 1961, and an infant daughter, Margaret Piper. She is survived by two sistersin-law; two nieces; and several great-nieces and -nephews. She had donated her remains to the Anatomical Gift Program of Albany Medical College.
