What is the benefits dashboard in Workday? ›

The new dashboard, called the Benefits and Pay Hub, combines the previous Pay and Benefits apps with more comprehensive details about your compensation history, recent paychecks, health benefits, and more.

With Workday, you have benefits administration software that empowers you to manage everything from plans to personalized communications for your global workforce. And it's all in the same system as your employee transactional data.

To submit changes, go to Workday > Benefits and Pay worklet > Change Benefits > select the appropriate qualifying event type: Select Beneficiary Change, HSA Contribution Change, or Divorce/Legal Separation/Dissolution of Domestic Partnership if applicable.

To view your Total Rewards Statement, log in to Workday, then go to your Profile, select Compensation, and then select Total Rewards from the options at the top of the screen.

To access the Benefits and Pay Hub in Workday, click Benefits and Pay from the Workday menu. You will no longer see separate apps in the menu for Benefits and Pay, as both will be combined into the new Benefits and Pay Hub.

If you are already enrolled in the plan and would like to increase/decrease your coverage, Select Manage. Hit Select on the Benefit plan to enroll. Hit Waive on the Benefit plan to cancel. Hit Confirm and Continue to change your plan.
